Returns & Refunds Policy

30-day returns

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email ryanmaley1234@icloud.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions and the correct returns address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unapproved returns cannot be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
